The Chardonnay grapes come from the hills of Aldeno. The wine made from these grapes is unmistakable for its fragrance and young freshness and for the golden tones of its straw yellow colour. The Merlot comes from the traditionally classic area of the Trentino wine cultivation. It is rich in colour with an aroma and taste which is slightly grassy. Müller Thurgau finds its natural habitat at an altitude of between 200 and 800 metres on Mount Cimone, a true miracle of nature and the art of vinification. The intense and aromatic smell, the pale green colour and elegant bouquet make it an excellent wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon, which has been cultivated for a long time with considerable qualitative success, is a very intense ruby red coloured wine when young. It has a full smell with notes of green pepper and blueberry, with a full and slightly tannic taste. In the vineyards towards "Dossi" Traminer grapes are grown. The principal characteristic of this wine is the aroma, which is extraordinarily intense. It has a fruity and delicate taste.
