Elios is a dessert wine, a wine obtained exclusively from merlot grapes withered on trays for approximately 3 months. The San Zeno wine comes from a grape blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot carefully aged in oak barrels, until its becomes the "Reserve" of the winery. The Novello di Teroldego is a wine obtained from selected grapes, vinified whole; after just ten days the juice is pressed, which keeps all the fragrance of the grape together with the particular taste of young wine. The Madoi Merlot Lagrein is a wine which is bottled young and is appreciated for its expressive capacity as an excellent wine for every day.
