Cabernet Sauvignon enOpere
This vine originates from the Burgundy area in France and in the Trentino it has been cultivated with considerable qualitative success for a long time. It is a very intense ruby red coloured wine when young. When aged it takes on a garnet red colour with orange reflections. Its aroma is full with notes of green pepper and blueberry, with a full and slightly tannic taste. With aging in oak barrels its bouquet is refined and acquires a velvety timbre in the mouth and is slightly tannic but harmonious. It accompanies roasted red meats, venison and strong-flavoured cheeses. It should be served at: 18-20°C.
