Elios 
This wine is obtained exclusively from Merlot grapes withered on trays for approximately 3 months under carefully monitored temperatures and humidity. After having withered by 30%, the grape is pressed and fermented with specific yeasts chosen for wines with a high alcoholic level. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 2 years, and we obtain a wine which is intensely ruby coloured, with the aroma of alcohol which underlines the notes of preserves and spiced fruits of the forest with nuances of liquorice and tobacco. The taste is full, sweet and completed by the velvety tannins which give it a balanced and all-enveloping taste. This is a dessert wine which can accompany almond or coconut biscuits and fruit flans. Best served at a temperature of 15 -16°C.
