Merlot enOpere
This wine comes from the traditionally classic area of the Trentino wine cultivation and its production is carefully supervised by expert winegrowers and technical agronomists. The grapes are harvested as soon as they are at the right point of maturity, and are vinified using cryomaceration and aged in oak barrels. The ruby/garnet red colour and its fluidity mark the character of this wine. The persistence and intensity of the aroma of blackcurrants, blueberries and blackberries with a hint of liquorice and toasting make up this considerably complex bouquet. To the taste it is complex and all-enveloping with a full-bodied and slightly bitter aftertaste.
