Müller Thurgau enOpere

This wine is obtained from the vine of the same name, created in 1881 by the Swiss botanist Hermann Müller from Thurgau, by crossing the Riesling Renano and Madeleine Royal varieties. It is the result of a valorization project carried out in a winegrowing area high up in the hills at an altitude of 600-800 metres in Comune of Cimone, where this wine enhances its characteristics. The colour is straw yellow with pale green reflections, the aroma is floral and slightly aromatic with notes of clary sage and citrus. To the taste it is dry with a slightly sour vein. It is enhanced with first courses of fish and seafood. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 12 -13°C.
