This grape is very well-known by our winegrowers, who have always cultivated its best varieties. The wine obtained from this grape is a bright garnet colour tending towards rose. Its aroma is pleasantly fruity and reminiscent of violets and blackberries. Delicate-bodied, with an elegant and smooth taste, this wine can accompany any dish and is suitable for any occasion, with first courses, cold meats, sandwiches, with grilled white meats and clear soups. It should be served chilled at 14°C.
