The Moscato Giallo Castel Beseno and Moscato Rosa are the classic dessert wines, and they come from Moscato grapes, grown in the marvellous vineyards dominated by Castello di Beseno. Another dessert wine is Elios, a wine obtained exclusively from merlot grapes withered on trays for approximately 3 months. The San Zeno wine comes from a grape blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot carefully aged in oak barrels, until its becomes the "Reserve" of the winery. The Novello di Teroldego is a wine obtained from selected grapes, vinified whole; after just ten days the juice is pressed, which keeps all the fragrance of the grape together with the particular taste of young wine. The Madoi Merlot Lagrein is a wine which is bottled young and is appreciated for its expressive capacity as an excellent wine for every day. Curazìa is a wine reserved for the best wine lovers, and comes from a cross between Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano. The classic method sparkling Aldeno Brut originates from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes from our local area. The hills surrounding Aldeno are the ideal environment for the cultivation of the best grapes for sparkling wines.
