Teroldego Rotaliano La Corte
The Teroldego, cultivated exclusively in the province of Trento, appears to have found the ideal habitat to express all its qualities. An intense ruby red colour with a hint of purple and when vinified with marc the resulting wine is elegant and harmonious. As a young wine it is reminiscent of raspberry and violet with pleasantly fruity notes. After a couple of years of aging, the aroma is reminiscent of toasted almond and is smoky. It can accompany red meats and game. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 18 -20°C.
